It is a group that serves the church by:

...bringing comfort to grieving families after the death of a loved one by serving at funerals and memorial services;
...setting up the church for Sunday worship;
...decorating for Easter and Christmas.

The Altar Guild's duties are light and the time required is minimal because much is accomplished with many helping hands. The guild always has openings for new people to join its ranks and welcome all who feel called to this kind of service.

The Guild is separated into 4 groups: (1) Those working in the Sanctuary, (2) Those serving in Wells Chapel, (3) Our flower arrangers and (4) Those involved with the banners, decorations and weddings.
