Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church is home to a cracker jack team of media tech staff and a host of talented and dedicated volunteers-- and all of them work hard to bring God glory through their skills.
Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church has a media tech department made up of dedicated staff and volunteers who work as a team to serve God in unique ways. Their ministry is to serve God and to serve others by helping thousands to hear and see God’s story. The media technologies team works together in live sound reinforcement, computer graphics, video recordings, and theatrical lighting. They also assist several Bible classes, worship services, Christian concerts, weddings, and all kinds of diverse events throughout the week all over our campus.
The latest technologies in these fields are continually explored and put to use by the crew. We’ve just recently expanded our ministry to include web-based media and we’re excited about using this powerful tool to spread God’s word. We hope to constantly advance the methods used at Fair Oaks Presbyterian to spread God’s story, the most important story that has ever been told.
Maintaining a terrific tech crew and a wide variety of equipment and technology is a continual process. For an example of how we do it, plus a brief explanation of the technology we use, check out the link below. In late 2005, the audio system in our sanctuary was featured in Church Production Magazine. If you'd like to read that article, click on the .pdf icon just below.
