Dr. Cliff Graves has been an ordained Presbyterian minister since 1984. Cliff is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Divinity in Theology/Marriage & Family Therapy. Before seminary, Cliff worked in the field of in-patient mental health care for 5 years. After seminary, he served as an associate pastor for 9 years.
In 1994, he was hired as the director of the Fair Oaks Presbyterian Counseling Center. In 1997, Cliff completed his Doctor of Ministry degree with Fuller Seminary and in 1998 was licensed as a Marriage, Family & Child Counselor with the State of California. In 2002 Cliff was certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). He brings over 20 years of counseling experience to the center, working extensively with individuals, couples and families.

Pastor Emeritus
Dr. G. Henry Wells served as Senior Pastor of Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church from 1985-2008. Considered for years to be the unofficial pastor of Sacramento, Henry continues to have a passionate interest in the spiritual renewal of the region.
Henry’s long list of Christian service includes the boards of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Law Enforcement Chaplaincy, and Release Time Bible Class. During the Sacramento Kings' first 6 years in Sacramento, Dr. Wells served as Team Chaplain. He also served on the Board of Directors for Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, and the Board of Directors for the Presbyterian Coalition. Dr. Wells has held numerous positions in the Sacramento Presbytery including Vice Moderator and Moderator, Committee Chairs of Stewardship, General Council, Nominations, and Committee on Ministry, and was the Commissioner from the Presbytery to the 208th General Assembly.
